7. Undeliverable Packages

 

In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if the customer is unavailable to receive the package after multiple delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange for a reshipment. An additional shipping fee will be charged for the reshipment.

 

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
